Process mechanic for plastics technology

  • Training elements:

    • Set-up and adjustment of injection moulds
    • Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes on modern injection moulding machines
    • The setting up of peripheral devices and automation processes
    • Proper handling of various raw materials
    • Knowledge of quality control
    • The maintenance of machines and injection moulding tools

  • Training duration:

    • 3 years in the company
    • Block lessons in Wasserburg/Inn

  • Requirements:

    • School leaving qualification
    • Interest in scientific subjects such as mathematics, physics and chemistry
    • Technical understanding
    • Craftsmanship skills
    • Ability to work in a team

  • Qualification option:

    • Industrial foreman/woman
    • Certified technician
